1. Administrator & Sponsor
The THM Dream Giveaway (“Sweepstakes”) is administered by THM Media (“Administrator”).
The home improvement company identified on the official entry page is the “Sponsor” and is responsible for fulfilling the prize.
This Sweepstakes is not sponsored by, affiliated with, or endorsed by Facebook, Instagram, or any social media platform.
2. Eligibility
The Sweepstakes is open only to individuals who, at the time of entry:
Are twenty-one (21) years of age or older
Are legal homeowners
Reside within the Sponsor’s designated service area
Have a valid email address
Agree to receive email communications from THM Media and the Sponsor
Employees, officers, directors, and immediate family members of THM Media, the Sponsor, or affiliated entities are not eligible.
Only one (1) winner per household is permitted.
Void where prohibited by law.
3. Sweepstakes Period
The Sweepstakes begins and ends on the dates stated on the official entry page (the “Sweepstakes Period”).
Entries submitted outside this period are not eligible.
4. How to Enter
To enter:

Complete the entry form with:

Confirm eligibility and required consent
Submit the entry
Only one (1) base entry per person is permitted.
5.Bonus Entries (Optional)
Entrants may earn additional entries through optional actions, including:

Following the Sponsor on social media
Participation is optional and does not affect eligibility.
6. Prize Description
One (1) winner will receive a kitchen or bathroom remodeling project valued at up to $20,000, provided by Wolf Renovations. The prize will be applied toward a qualifying kitchen or bathroom project and must be used within the Sponsor’s service area, subject to project feasibility, availability, and the Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions.
Prize Conditions
The prize is awarded as a service credit only and has no cash value
No cash alternative or substitution will be provided
The prize is non-transferable and may not be assigned to another party
All costs exceeding the $20,000 prize value are the sole responsibility of the winner
The prize must be redeemed directly with Wolf Renovations
Prize fulfillment is subject to:
Project feasibility
Required permits and approvals
Scheduling availability
Sponsor’s standard terms and conditions
Approximate Retail Value (ARV)
The approximate retail value of the prize is $20,000.
Taxes
The winner is solely responsible for any and all federal, state, and local taxes associated with the receipt and use of the prize, if applicable.
7. Service Area Requirement
The prize must be redeemed within the Sponsor’s designated service area.
If the selected winner resides outside the service area, an alternate winner may be selected.
8. Multi-Market Structure
If conducted across multiple markets, all eligible entries will be combined into a single pool.
One (1) winner will be selected.
9. Winner Selection
Winner will be selected by random drawing.
Odds depend on number of eligible entries.
10. Winner Notification & Verification
Winner must:
Respond within 7 days
Complete verification within 7 additional days
Failure results in disqualification.
11. Optional Request for Sponsor Information
Entrants may request contact from the Sponsor.
Phone contact only occurs if voluntarily provided.
12. Publicity
By accepting the prize, the winner grants THM Media and Sponsor the right to use:

City
Image
Likeness
Project photos/videos
for promotional purposes without additional compensation.
13. Data Collection & Email Communications
Entrants agree to receive communications from:

14. General Conditions
THM reserves the right to cancel, modify, or disqualify entrants as needed.
15. Limitation of Liability
Entrants release THM Media and Sponsor from all liability related to:

Prize use
16. Disputes
Governed by applicable state law.
No class actions permitted.
17. Winner Announcement
Winner may be announced publicly.
